By far, the most delicious, moist muffins I have ever made. Must try these.

1 cup sugar
2/3 cup oil
2
eggs
1 1/2 cups
flour
1 teaspoon
baking powder
1 teaspoon
baking soda
1 teaspoon
cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon
salt
1 teaspoon
vanilla
1 cup
carrots, grated
1 cup
crushed pineapple


12 servings

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix ingredients together in order listed.

Bake in lined muffin tins for 20-25 mins.
