Thursday, December 21, 2006 Pulled Pork Sandwhiches (Slow Cooker)

From my Momma. Perfect on a cold day.

Lean pork (I use tenderloin) cubed
7.5 oz. tomato paste
1/2 c. ketchup
1 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. worchestershire
1 tsp. chili powser
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsbp. fancy molasses
2/3 c. water
Buns

Combine all ingredients except buns in shlow cooker on low for 8-10 hours or high 4-5. With approximately one hour remaining, shred the pork with a fork.

Serve over warm, toasted buns. Open faced or as a sandwhich. Reeeeaally good.
